FloViera ensures safe, reliable, and timely delivery of all perfume orders across Bangladesh and selected international locations. Every shipment is handled with utmost care to preserve the quality and presentation of your perfume bottles.

Delivery Coverage

a) Bangladesh

We deliver nationwide to all major cities and districts through trusted courier partners.

b) International Shipping

Selected international shipping options may be available soon. Charges and delivery times vary by destination.

Delivery Timeframe

Dhaka Metro: 2–3 business days

Other Districts: 3–5 business days

Remote/Island Areas: Up to 7 business days

Delays may occur due to natural calamities, courier restrictions, or national holidays. Customers will be notified if a delay is expected.

Delivery Charges

Online Payment Orders (Prepaid): Free Delivery across Bangladesh.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A delivery charge of ৳150 applies (due to fragile glass bottle handling).

If an order includes multiple items, shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

  2. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email/SMS.
  3. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours.
  4. You will receive a Tracking ID once your package has been shipped.
  5. Packaging & Safety

Each perfume bottle is shipped in a shock-resistant, foam-protected box.

All products are sealed to maintain authenticity and hygiene.

Outer packaging is labeled discreetly — no mention of perfume names for privacy.

Please allow 12–24 hours for tracking updates to reflect after dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery twice.

If the customer is unreachable or address is incorrect, the order will be returned to us.

Re-delivery can be arranged with an additional delivery charge.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

  1. Take photos/videos immediately (unboxing proof preferred).
  2. Contact support within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including delivery charge).

Address Change Requests

If you wish to change your shipping address:

Submit the change within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.

Delivery Delays

While we aim for on-time delivery, unforeseen factors (weather, transport issues, or strikes) may cause delays. FloViera will communicate proactively through SMS/email in such cases.

International Customs & Duties

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT are the responsibility of the customer. FloViera will not be liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
