At FloViera, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our perfumes and packaging. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a 7‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee or exchange, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Refund or Return
To qualify for a refund or return:
The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The perfume bottle must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product must be in the same condition as received — no damage, leakage, or tampering.
Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.
Note: Used or partially used perfume bottles are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process

Step 2: Verification & Approval
Our support team will verify your claim within 24–48 hours. Once approved, you will receive instructions for pickup or drop‑off.
Step 3: Product Return
Send the item back to the designated address or hand it to our authorized courier. Ensure secure packaging to prevent transit damage.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect the item, the refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
For online payments: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (SSLCommerz, Aamarpay, etc.).
For Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) or bank transfer.
Shipping and COD fees are non‑refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong products.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Provide unboxing photos/videos as evidence.
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund, including delivery charges.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order before it has been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may apply for a return under this policy.
Non‑Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or partially used perfume bottles.
Discounted or promotional items (unless defective).
Gift cards or vouchers.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for another variant:
