2. Product Authenticity & Quality Assurance
All FloViera perfumes are custom-crafted using imported high-grade bottles and premium essential oils.
We never reuse or recycle bottles. Each glass bottle is individually inspected and sealed for authenticity.
Our bottles and essences are imported from certified suppliers in China to ensure world-class quality.
Every product is IFRA-compliant, tested for safety, and contains EDP-level concentration (minimum 18–25% essence concentration) or higher (minimum 25-40% high essence concentration).
3. Refund & Return Policy – 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
You may request:
A full refund if you receive a defective or damaged product.
A return with partial deduction if you simply dislike the product scent or packaging.
To qualify:
The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery via our official communication channels.
Once verified, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Payment & Delivery Policy
Online payments (via Bkash, bank transfer, or payment gateway) enjoy FREE delivery nationwide.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur a BDT 150 delivery fee due to the fragile nature of glass packaging. 1% of paid amount will be deducted or actual courier charge and actual VAT (if already paid) charge applicable in case of refund.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and delivered typically within 3–7 business days, depending on location.
All prices are VAT-inclusive and calculated under the current financial year.
5. Custom Orders & Production Time
Custom perfume blends or personalized packaging may require 40–45 business days for preparation and delivery. FloViera guarantees minimum EDP or higher parfume quality (upon demand) and can produce up to high-concentration luxury grade on request.
6. VAT & Financial Documentation
FloViera maintains full tax and VAT compliance under Bangladeshi law.
Official VAT invoices (Challan) are sent to customers via email between July and August of each financial year. If anyone need it instantly, please just forward a email to support@floviera.com

8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment without charge.
Once shipped, standard return and refund rules apply.
FloViera reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent order.
9. Intellectual Property
All brand elements — including name, logo, slogan (“Luxury with a Purpose”), packaging design, and product visuals — are exclusive intellectual property of FloViera.
Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited by the law of Bangladesh.
10. Limitation of Liability
FloViera will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, allergic reactions, or delay in delivery caused by external courier services.
Always perform a patch test before full use to ensure skin compatibility.
11. Privacy Policy
All customer information is stored securely and used solely for order fulfillment, product updates, and brand communication.
We never share, sell, or trade your personal data with third parties without your consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dhaka Courts.
